Bold Autumn Sunset Everyday Eye Makeup Tutorial for Cool Skin Tones

After watching all the beautiful fall makeup tutorials, I decided to adapt them to the bold colors that look best on my cool skin tone, and I love how this one turned out. It reminds me of an autumn sunset, and it's the perfect everyday look to go with the bold color clothes I wear and my skin. Come see the video tutorial and exactly how I created this look using the Urban Decay Full Spectrum Eyeshadow Palette.

I love to watch/listen to Youtube makeup tutorials when I get ready in the morning. Most of them use brown-based/warm eye shadow colors that look terrible on me. I wish I could wear those colors, but I know it won't flatter my skin.

Lately I've been trying to take the colors they use and adapt the look with similar colors that look good on me. When I recently saw this makeup tutorial by Dominique Sachse, I was in love, and decided I had to create a version that would look great on my coloring. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE how it turned out!! I love it so much I've been doing it every day for 3 weeks, so I decided I needed to create a tutorial for you.

I used the Urban Decay Full Spectrum palette. I got it around Christmas last year, but I was so intimidated by the bold colors that I stuck it in a drawer. I had no idea what to do with it. It looked like clown makeup. Now I'm inspired to try more combinations!

Surprisingly, I was able to find the Full Spectrum palette here, but this is clearance shopping, folks, so once it's gone, it's gone for F-O-R-E-V-E-R. I also found this similar palette for less (though it has fewer colors), and some individual pots. Purple here, and the coral color here. Though honestly, for the price of the two pots you could get the whole palette, so that is the better option in my opinion.

This color looks very similar to Edgy, but I haven't tried it, so I can't be sure.

Edgy is here.

Seashell is here

Navy waterline pencil Push

White liner

Eyelash primer

Purple eyeliner

You can see my other eye makeup tutorial here.

How do you feel about the colors in this palette? Do they look like clown makeup to you? Is this a look you would try?
