On our trip to Japan during cherry blossom season, we took a day trip from Nagoya to visit the post towns of Magome and Tsumago to see what life was like in a village 400 years ago. It was spectacular, and we loved every minute of it!
From Amiens we drove to Gerberoy, one of the most beautiful villages in France (officially!), and it was breathtaking. If you love gardens, flowers, old doors, rock walls, turquoise, hydrangeas, old buildings, and cobblestone, you won't want to miss this stop.
